At the start of a new year many of us start off determined to take a bit more exercise and get a little fitter. This year more than perhaps any other, with the London Olympics only six months or so away, we’re likely to be bombarded with images of super-fit sportsmen and women on every passing screen and billboard, which could provide all the incentive needed to get up off the sofa and get active.
Another great way to get motivated is if your company has a corporate membership at a sports centre – and one of the city’s most welcoming and well-equipped sports centres has some outstanding corporate packages available at the moment. Memberships cost as little as £25.53 per month using a direct debit, or your company can make a one-off payment of £132.77 for six months’ membership, or £255.32 for a year.
